Scott Smith – Founder & Lead Consultant, S & J Auditing & Consulting
Scott Smith is the founder and managing director of S & J Auditing & Consulting. Since 2014, Scott and his team of ISO Systems Consultants have been providing results-driven auditing and consulting services for local business owners operating across a range of different industries.
Prior to his career as an ISO Systems Consultant, Scott served as a National HR and Accreditation Manager for a national transport company, a position which provided him with a strong foundation in organisational management and compliance monitoring in large-scale enterprise environments.
Scott was also in business with a Bulk Oil Cartage Contract for five years, where he gained extensive experience in the transport and logistics industry and became familiar with a broad range of management systems, both to ISO and compliance standards. This strong background in industry projects helped cultivate Scott’s passion to become an ISO Systems Consultant.
Today, Scott and his team take pride in supporting local Perth and WA business owners in achieving Certification to ISO Standards and defining and reaching their operational goals. Scott has also personally worked with the majority of case studies across S & J’s portfolio, ensuring he’s always ready to provide expert, real-world insights into any Certification timeline or Systems implementation strategy.
